Please check whether all the courses for which you have registered are indicated on the examination admission card.
Important:
You are required to print the downloaded Examination Admission Card in an A4 size white sheet and bring it to the examination hall.
You should bring your UCSC Student Identity Card [Year 1 students will be notified to collect their student ID cards in due course] and the Examination Admission Card for each examination paper according to the timetable.
Students those who failed to produced the UCSC Student Identity Card and the Examination Admission Card will be recorded as an unauthorised candidate for the examination.
You should keep the Examination Admission Card safe and in good condition till the examination is over.
Please note that the examinations may take place in more than one examination hall. Hence, please ensure that you report at the assigned examination hall as indicated in your admission card.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you refer to the examination timetable/ admission card and are aware of the date, location, and start time of all your examinations and arrive at the correct examination hall on time.
You are required to surrender the examination admission card to the Supervisor/Invigilator on the day of the last examination paper of the semester.
Inquiries regarding the examination admission card or examination process should be made to the Senior Assistant Registrar / Examinations & Registration through exam@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk (cc: ppw@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk / era@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk).
Warning: Students are not supposed to write anything other than their signature on the front page or on the reverse side of the examination admission card.
