Students who were absent from evaluation(s) in semester 2 due to medical or exceptional circumstances or any other reason, as well as those who received a grade less than "C" for an evaluation, are eligible to apply for repeat evaluations in the Semester 2 of Academic Year 21 by submitting the form provided below before the extended deadline, 21st February 2025.
Notes:
Students who could not complete the degree with their batch and are willing to repeat course evaluations in the academic year 21 shall pay LKR 1,500.00 as the "Year Registration fee" in addition to the repeat evaluation fee [LKR 100.00 per course]

Admission cards for semester 2 examinations will only be issued for those who have submitted the form before the extended deadline.
