UNIVERSITY OF COLOMBO SCHOOL OF COMPUTING (UCSC)
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
SCHOLARSHIPS FROM STUDENT WELFARE AND DISTRESS FUND – 2024
Applications are invited from UCSC 1st year students who are in need of financial aid and who have not yet received any kind of financial assistance (except of Mahapola and Bursary) to cover the cost and expenses during the current Academic Year. This financial support will be given from the Student Welfare and Distress Fund of UCSC and outside Donors. Please note that number of such opportunities shall be decided according to the finance availability and number of student requests.
Procedure of submission of Application
Students are strictly advised to fill the application form and the google form to apply for the above scholarships.
Submission of Printed Application Form
The students are kindly requested to download the application form from the Undergraduate VLE. The duly completed application forms should be forwarded to the Senior Assistant Registrar/Academic, Publications and Welfare, UCSC, No. 35, Reid Avenue, Colombo 07 on or before 24th December 2024 by post.

The selections will be made by an Interview panel by considering the academic performance, financial needs of the candidates and relevant scholarship criteria in the UCSC.
