Attention: To all undergraduate students graduated at the General Convocation 2024 held on 28th August, 2025.
I am pleased to notify you that your degree certificates are ready for collection.
The certificates can be collected (Strictly in person only) from the Examinations & Registration Division from 3rd September 2025 onwards during normal office hours (Weekdays - from 9.00am to 3.30pm)
Please note that you are required to produce your UCSC Student Identity Card to collect the certificate.
Note: Since the degree certificate is in A4 size, you are advised to bring the “Scroll” received at the Convocation Ceremony or an A4 size envelope to collect the certificate.
