The Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Executive Committee Election of the IEEE Computer Society Student Chapter of UCSC for the year 2025/26 will be held as follows:

Welcome speech by the outgoing Chair.
Introduction of the outgoing Executive Committee.
Review of the past year’s activities.
Presentation of the Treasurer’s report (2024/25).
Calling nominations for the new Executive Committee.
Appointment of the new office bearers.
Handover of responsibilities to the newly appointed committee.
Appointment of standing officers by the new Chair.
Address by the newly appointed Chair.
Suggestions from members.
Vote of thanks by the newly appointed President.
