1. All internal undergraduate students [Appliable for 2nd/3rd/4th Year students only] are requested to log into the UCSC student portal below and fill out the relevant form by paying applicable fees to complete their annual registration in the degree programme for the new academic year [AY23] on or before 20.04.2026 [before 4.00 p.m].
2. Students who were absent from an evaluation due to medical or exceptional circumstances or any other reason, as well as those who received a grade less than "C" for an evaluation in the semester 1 are also allowed to apply for repeat evaluations of Semester 1, AY 23 by submitting relevant form in the portal before 01.08.2026 [before 8.00 a.m.].
Notes:
- Please note that students who have not submitted the form by the deadline will be considered not registered students for the academic year 23 and are not entitled to access to academic materials, use of facilities and services, or other benefits that registered students may have.
- After submitting the repeat evaluation form, you must meet with the relevant course lecturer or programme coordinator to obtain LMS access for the courses you have applied for.
