Faculty Award for best performing students is awarded annually to the overall best performing students in each batch based on their achievements in the academic and extracurricular activities of the year under consideration.
Students who wish to apply for the award relevant to the academic year 19 are requested to submit the form below with the necessary documentary evidence of achievements during the academic year.

Year under consideration for the award is the academic year 19 [From 6th June 2022 to 8th May 2023]
Applications are invited only from the undergraduate students of the 2019/2020 [2nd year], 2018/2019 [3rd year], and 2017/2018 [4th year] batches of UCSC. The call for applications for the 2020/2021 [1st year] students will be opened once all the results of their 2nd semester are released.
Shortlisted applicants may be invited to present their claims for each category to a selection committee.
