Students of the current 4 year Honours degree [2018/ 2019] & the 3 Year Degree [2019/ 2020] who have not yet submitted the relevant form below are requested to submit the form on or before 22.09.2023. .
Note: Submission of the form is a requirement applicable to all students. Every student, regardless of their name status, must complete and submit the form within the extended deadline.
