Students who missed the extended deadline to apply for repeating evaluation(s) in the semester 2 of the current Academic Year [AY20] are allowed to fill out the relevant form below and appeal for course access and repeat evaluation(s) on or before 23rd January 2024 [11.59 p.m.].
All appeals submitted by the deadline will be placed before the next meeting of the Academic Syndicate of UCSC for approval.
Important:
Students who were absent from an evaluation in semester 2 due to medical or exceptional circumstances or any other reason, as well as those who received a grade less than "C" for an evaluation, are eligible to apply for repeating evaluation in semester 2 of the AY20.
Students who have been unsuccessful in the 1st year/ 2nd year Enhancement courses [due to incomplete attendance or any other reason] are also required to fill the relevant form and register in the courses before the extended deadline.
