Extension of Deadline: 3rd Year and 4th Year Optional Course Selection Forms - AY 23

The deadline for submitting optional course selections for 3rd Year students (2022/2023 batch) and 4th Year students (2021/2022 batch – CS/SE/IS) has been extended until 22nd May 2026 (before 12.00 p.m.).

Students who have not yet submitted the relevant form are kindly requested to do so on or before the revised deadline.

First AGM of the Robotics and Automation Society of UCSC

All undergraduates are warmly invited to attend the inaugural Annual General Meeting of the newly formed Robotics and Automation Society of UCSC.Through this society, we aim to create opportunities for students to engage in robotics, automation, embedded systems, electronics, and related technologies while encouraging innovation and practical skill development.

Agenda Highlights:
Official establishment of the Robotics and Automation Society.
Introduction of the society’s objectives and upcoming initiatives.
Formal appointment of the Executive Committee for the new term.

IEEE Student Branch AGM 2025/26

The IEEE Student Branch of the University of Colombo School of Computing will hold its Annual General Meeting for the year 2025/26 as per the following details:

Date: Wednesday, 10th June 2026
Time: 5.00 PM
Venue: S203 Hall

The AGM will include updates on the Student Branch activities conducted during the past year, presentation of the financial report for the 2025/26 period, and the address by the newly elected Chairperson.

Further, the Executive Committee Elections for the 2026/27 term will be conducted online on Saturday, 6th June 2026.

All undergraduate students who are IEEE members are kindly invited to participate.
