Please fill the form below and apply for your  student ID card of the 4th year by paying necessary fees on or before 15th May 2026 (3.00 p.m.)

This is to inform you that the enrolment process for 1st Year CS students for the Library Fingerprint Machine and the ERP System will commence at the library from 8.00 a.m. on 29th April 2026 (tomorrow).

Students are kindly requested to refer to the attached document to check their allocated date and time and report to the library accordingly.

Please note that after the registration of the listed students, the remaining students will be informed next week regarding their registration in separate groups.

Please be punctual and attend according to your allocated schedule.

Students who are currently registered for the 3rd year of study in the Academic Year 23 and wish to consider for the Honours (4 year) Degree Programmes are requested to submit the relevant form below on or before 12 PM on Wednesday, 29th April, 2026

Note:

• Only the students who have the cumulative GPA of not less than 3.00 in the first and the second academic years are considered for the selection of the 04 year Honours Degree Programmes. 

• If a student has repeated an evaluation to improve a grade, his/ her marks obtained at the first attempt shall be used for the selection for the 04 year Honours Degree Programmes.

• The selection of students for the programme will be made based on the number of places available in each degree programme from among the shortlisted candidates with the required GPA.  

  • The shortlisted CS students may select their preferred degree programme without restriction, including either the Computer Science or Software Engineering streams. 

  • However, these students shall not be permitted to change their preferred programme once the submission of the form has been completed. 

• The decision of the Academic Syndicate of UCSC will be final with regards to the final selected student list for each degree programme.

• Students are required to apply before the deadline [on or before 12 PM on Wednesday, 29th April, 2026)] and no application received after the deadline will be considered under any circumstances.
