UCSC undergraduate Virtual Learning Environment

NOTICE

This is to inform you that, both Girls' and Boys' Hostel of the University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC) will be closed from 8^th July 2026 to 28^th July 2026 due to the spread of dengue fever.

Students are kindly requested to vacate the hostels and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

The hostels will reopen on 30^th July 2026.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Note: . 

1. Please note that the Official Academic Transcript and/or Degree Completion letters for students listed in the pass lists will be issued only after their results have been confirmed by the Senate of the University of Colombo.

2. For students who urgently need official documents related to their results, the Examination Division can issue a temporary Academic Transcript and/or a Degree Completion Letter. Please note, these temporary documents will include the clause: "​These results are released subject to the confirmation by the Senate of the University of Colombo." This condition will apply until the Senate formally approves the results, which is expected by the first week of August 202​6.
