The students listed in the attached document are kindly requested to collect their Mahapola Scholarship Certificates from the Academic, Publication and Welfare Division on or before 8^th May 2026.

You have been issued the ​Official Student Registration Number and ​Index Number for the degree programme. 

Please follow the steps below to view your official Student Registration Number and the Index Number.

1. Log in to the VLE using your current username and password 

2. Go to your profile page to view your information

3. Your official Student Registration Number and Index Number have been added under the "User details" of your VLE profile page

You are strongly advised to use your official Student Registration Number and Index Number Number for all academic activities including examinations and assignments of the programme with effect from ​4​th May 2026

IMPORTANT: ​​

​T​he Temporary Student Registration Number issued will become invalid with effect from 4th May 2026. However, the Temporary Student ID will remain valid for identification purposes until further notice.
