Student Enrollment for Library Fingerprint System

All students are hereby informed that the Library has scheduled enrollment for the Fingerprint Attendance System for students who have not yet visited the Library.

Students who are included in the attached list are requested to visit the Library according to the scheduled dates for enrollment.

This process is mandatory to ensure smooth access to library services and facilities. Students are advised to complete their enrollment without delay.

Notice to All Year 1 Students

Please be informed that all Year 1 students' UGVLE usernames will be changed to their respective registration numbers. Your existing password will remain unchanged.

This change will take effect from 25 June 2026 at 10:00 AM onwards.

Example:

  • Registration Number: 2025/CS/999

  • New UGVLE Username: 2025cs999

Please use your new username together with your current password when logging in after the effective date and time.

Re-scrutinization of marking – Undergraduate Examinations -S2 - AY22 [2026]

Please log in to the above link using your Index No. & NIC No. and check the results.

Students who wish to reconsider their marks and grades of the course can use the relevant link below and apply for re-scrutinization.

The deadline to submit an application for re-scrutinization (For the above mentioned courses only) is 22.06.2026 (Before 8:00 AM).

 

Note:

1. Students are advised to read the policy guidelines of the re-scrutinization of marks and grades (included in the form) before applying for re-scrutinization.

 2. Requests for re-scrutinization of the marks & grades of above mentioned courses WILL NOT be entertained after the deadline given.
