Notice – 1st Year Students: Submission of Hostel Application Supporting Documents

This notice is issued to students who have not yet submitted the required supporting documents for their hostel applications.

You are hereby requested to submit all necessary documents relevant to your hostel application to the acpub@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk on or before 9th April 2026.

Please note that failure to submit the required documents within the given deadline will result in your application not being considered for the hostel selection.

Kindly treat this as urgent and ensure timely submission to avoid any inconvenience.

If you have already submitted the relevant documents, please ignore this notice.

For All 2nd Year residential undergraduate students in UCSC Girls’ and Boys’ Hostels

All 2nd year residential undergraduate students of the Girls’ and Boys’ hostels of UCSC are kindly requested to vacate the UCSC hostel premises on or before 08th April, 2026 as you have reached the end of the academic year.

Submit Application for Year Registration [for 2nd/3rd/4th Years ] & Repeat Evaluations - Academic Year 23 [2026/27] - CS/SE/IS

1. All internal undergraduate students  [Appliable for 2nd/3rd/4th Year students only] are requested to log into the UCSC student portal below and fill out the relevant form by paying applicable fees to complete their annual registration in the degree programme for the new academic year [AY23] on or before 20.04.2026 [before 4.00 p.m].
 
2. Students who were absent from an evaluation due to medical or exceptional circumstances or any other reason, as well as those who received a grade less than "C" for an evaluation in the semester 1 are also allowed to apply for repeat evaluations of Semester 1, AY 23 by submitting relevant form in the portal before 01.08.2026 [before 8.00 a.m.]. 
 
Notes:
  1. Please note that students who have not submitted the form by the deadline will be considered not registered students for the academic year 23 and are not entitled to access to academic materials, use of facilities and services, or other benefits that registered students may have.
  2.  After submitting the repeat evaluation form, you must meet with the relevant course lecturer or programme coordinator to obtain LMS access for the courses you have applied for.  
  3. For further assistance, you may contact the Examinations & Registration Division via exam@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk or  011-2581245 from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm on weekdays except for holidays
