Application submission for Repeat Evaluations - Sem II - Academic Year 22 [2025/26] - CS/SE/IS

Students who were absent from an evaluation due to medical or exceptional circumstances or any other reason, as well as those who received a grade less than "C" for an evaluation in the semester II are allowed to apply for repeat evaluations of Sem II of AY 22 through the student portal before 03.03.2026 [before 8.00 a.m.].

After submitting the repeat evaluation form, please meet with the relevant course lecturer or programme coordinator to obtain LMS access for the courses you have applied for. 
 
For further assistance, you may contact the Examinations & Registration Division via exam@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk or  011-2581245 from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm on weekdays except for holidays.

Credit Certification Form - Enhancement Courses [Sports] – S2 - AY 22

Students who wish to claim credit for enhancement courses of the semester II under the "Sports" category are requested to submit the attached form  to the Examination Division through the Director/Dept. of Physical Education on or before 1st March 2026.
