UCSC undergraduate Virtual Learning Environment

Before handing over the duly completed "Medical Certificate Submission Form -UG [Sem 1 - AY 21]" to the medical officer, the students are required to submit the relevant google form below by uploading a scanned copy/ image of the form and the medical certificate (as a single pdf file) for official records at the Examination Division.

Note: 

1. Duly completed "Medical Certificate Submission Form - UG [Sem 1 - AY21]"   and the medical certificate must be certified only by the Chief Medical Officer of UoC.

2. The student should make sure to handover the medical certificates to the Medical Center of the University of Colombo in person within seven (7) working days from the examination date.

NOTICE 

UNIVERSITY OF COLOMBO SCHOOL OF COMPUTING (UCSC) CALL FOR APPLICATIONS SCHOLARSHIPS FROM STUDENT WELFARE AND DISTRESS FUND – 2024 and IFS SCHOLARSHIP – 2024 

Applications are invited from UCSC students who are in need of financial aid and who have not yet received any kind of financial assistance (except of Mahapola and Bursary) to cover the cost and expenses during the current Academic Year. 

This financial support will be given from the Student Welfare and Distress Fund of UCSC and outside Donors. Please note that number of such opportunities shall be decided according to the finance availability and number of student requests. Procedure of submission of Application Students are strictly advised to fill the application form and the google form to apply for the above scholarships. Submission of Printed Application Form The students are kindly requested to download the application form from the Undergraduate VLE. 

The duly completed application forms should be forwarded to the Senior Assistant Registrar/Academic, Publications and Welfare, UCSC, No. 35, Reid Avenue, Colombo 07 on or before 13th September 2024 by post.
