Calling Applications for Bursary Scholarship

For 2^nd,3^rd and 4^th year students.

(2022/2023, 2021/2022 & 2020/2021 Intakes Only)

Applications are hereby invited from students of the 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th years for the Bursary Scholarship offered by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Students who are not currently receiving either the Mahapola or Bursary Scholarship are eligible to apply for the above.

Process/Procedures for Submission of Applications:

·      Students are kindly requested to download the application form from the Undergraduate VLE.

·      The duly filled bursary scholarship application form should be submitted to the Gramaseva Niladhari of the division in order that it may be forwarded to reach to the Senior Assistant Registrar/ Academic and Publication Division of UCSC, No. 35, Reid Avenue, Colombo 07 on or before 12^th December 2025.

·      It will be forwarded by the Gramaseva Niladhari through the Divisional Secretary before the due date.

·      The Bursary scholarship application form will need to be sent under registered post, please submit it to the Gramaseva Niladhari together with a 9”x 4” envelope with stamps affixed to the relevant value. 

·      Under no circumstances should you deliver by-hand the certified application form.

Please note after filling printed application form, it is compulsory to submit the same application details to apply for Bursary Scholarship by using following google form on or before 12^th December, 2025.
