UCSC undergraduate Virtual Learning Environment

This is to inform you that the enrolment process for the Library Fingerprint System and the ERP System for 3rd year students will commence at the library from 3rd June 2026.

Students are kindly requested to refer to the attached documents, which contains separate sheets, to check their allocated date and time and visit the library accordingly.

First year or 2nd year students who have not yet registered for the Library Fingerprint System and the ERP System, and who could not obtain their digital ID, may also visit the library during the 3rd year student registration sessions next week to complete the registration process.

Please ensure that you are punctual and attend according to your assigned schedule.

This is to inform you that the First Annual General Meeting of the Robotics and Automation Society of UCSC, which was previously scheduled to be held on Monday, 18th May 2026, has been postponed.

The AGM will now be held on Monday, 25th May 2026, 5.00 PM onwards at S203 lecture hall.

We kindly request you to take note of this change and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
