Note:

1. Students are advised to read the policy guidelines of the re-scrutinization of marks and grades (included in the form) before applying for re-scrutinization.

2. Requests for re-scrutinization of the marks & grades of above mentioned courses WILL NOT be entertained after the deadline given.

- Student of the Year Award – 2025

- D.P.P. Samarasekera Peace Prize – 2025

- Canekeratne Prize for General Merit – 2025

- Prof. Tilak Hettiarachchy Award for Academic Excellence – 2025

Students are requested to apply for the award through the google form below with necessary documentary evidence of achievements.

The application deadline is on or before 13.07.2026 (Before 12.00 noon) 

Note: 

• An application template is available in the form for each award. Students who wish to apply for more than one award are required to submit the duly completed template relevant to each award.

• Candidates applying for the above award will be evaluated on Wednesday, 15th July 2026, starting at 10.00 a.m. 

• Please prepare PowerPoint presentations for the evaluation session. 

• Eligible candidates will be notified by email after 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 14th July 2026.
