Submission of Medical Certificates - Undergraduate Semester II Examinations - AY 22 March/ April 2026]

Students who are unable to appear for the semester 2 examinations due to medical reasons are required to fill the "Medical Certificate Submission Form - UG [Sem II - AY22]" and handover the duly completed form to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO)/ Medical Officer (UMO) of the University of Colombo along with a valid medical certificate within seven (7) working days from the examination date.

Before handing over the duly completed "Medical Certificate Submission Form -UG [Sem II - AY 22]" to the medical officer, the students are required to submit the relevant google form below by uploading a scanned copy/ image of the form and the medical certificate (as a single pdf file) for official records at the Examination Division.

Note: 

  1. Duly completed "Medical Certificate Submission Form - UG [Sem II - AY22]"   and the medical certificate must be certified only by the Chief Medical Officer of UoC.

  2. The student should make sure to handover the medical certificates to the Medical Center of the University of Colombo in person within seven (7) working days from the examination date.

Admission Card of the Undergraduate Examinations - Semester 2 - AY 22 – 2026

All students are requested to download their Examination Admission Card from the link provided below by using the Index Number.

Please check whether all the courses for which you have registered are indicated on the examination admission card. 
 

Important:

  1. You are required to print the downloaded Examination Admission Card in an A4 size Light Blue paper and bring it to the examination hall.

  2. You should bring your UCSC Student Identity Card and the Examination Admission Card for each examination paper according to the timetable.

  3. You should keep the Examination Admission Card safe and in good condition till the examination is over.

  4. Please note that the examinations may take place in more than one examination hall. Hence, please ensure that you report at the assigned examination hall as indicated in your admission card.

  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you refer to the examination timetable/ admission card and are aware of the date, location, and start time of all your examinations and arrive at the correct examination hall on time.

  6. You are required to surrender the examination admission card to the Supervisor/ Invigilator on the day of the last examination paper of the semester.

Warning: Students are not supposed to write anything other than their signature on the front page or on the reverse side of the examination admission card.

Extended Library Opening Hours During Study Leave and Examination Period

Dear Library Users,

Please be informed that during the study leave and examination period, the Library will be open as follows:
    - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    - Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
The Library will remain closed on public holidays.
