1. All internal undergraduate students are requested to log into the UCSC student portal below and fill out the relevant form by paying applicable fees to complete their annual registration in the degree programme for the new academic year [AY22] on or before 07.05.2025 [before 8.00 a.m].
2. Students who were absent from an evaluation due to medical or exceptional circumstances or any other reason, as well as those who received a grade less than "C" for an evaluation in the semester I/II, are also allowed to apply for repeat evaluations of AY 22 by submitting relevant form in the portal before 21.09.2025 [before 8.00 a.m.].
Notes:
- Please note that students who have not submitted the form by the deadline will be considered not registered students for the academic year 22 and are not entitled to access to academic materials, use of facilities and services, or other benefits that registered students may have.
- Students who could not complete the degree with their batch and are willing to repeat course evaluations in the academic year 22 shall pay LKR 1,500.00 as the "Year Registration fee" along with the repeat evaluation fee [LKR 100.00 per course].
- After submitting the repeat evaluation form, you must meet with the relevant course lecturer or programme coordinator to obtain LMS access for the courses you have applied for.
