Feedback Aubmission Guidlines of Undergradiate Courses

Undergraduate Course Feedback Submission Guidelines

This is to inform you that the collection of feedback for Undergraduate Courses 
will commence on 07th August 2026 through the UCSC ERP System. All students 
are kindly requested to submit their feedback for each course by following the 
steps below.

Step 01 – Log in to the ERP System

Use the following link or scan the QR code to access the UCSC ERP System.

https://fb.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk

Step 02 – Access the Feedback Portal

After logging in, click 'Browse Forms' to access the UCSC Feedback Portal.

Step 03 – Enter the Feedback Code

Enter the Feedback Code in the space provided. You will receive a separate 
Feedback Code for each course.

Step 04 – Complete the Feedback Form
Complete all questions in the feedback form and submit your responses.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Your responses will help improve the 
quality of teaching and learning at UCSC.

Revision of the Examination Timetable – IS2103 (R2) and IS3207

Please be informed that the following examinations have been rescheduled due to a timetable clash affecting third year students repeating a second year course.
