Annual General Meeting (AGM) – UCSC ISACA Student Group

All members are hereby informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the UCSC ISACA Student Group will be held with the purpose of conducting the Executive Committee Election for the academic year 2025/2026.

Details of the AGM are as follows:

Date: Monday, 26^th January 2026

Time: 4.00 p.m. – 6.00 p.m.

Venue: S203 Hall

Agenda:

1. Executive Committee Election for the 2025/2026 term

2. Annual General Meeting (AGM)

§  Review of activities conducted during the past year

§  Presentation of the financial report for the 2024/2025 period

§  Address by the newly elected President

Notice to Undergraduate Students

Please note that the Annual Board of Survey is currently in progress. New permanent QR codes have been pasted on all fixed assets in your places (Lecture Halls, Canteen, Common Rooms, Open Area etc.). Removal, tampering, or damage of these QR codes is strictly prohibited and will be considered as a punishable offence from the higher authorities.

Please also be informed that CCTV cameras are in operation to monitor this process.

The Annual General Meeting of the Computer Society of the University of Colombo has been rescheduled to be held on 2026-01-21. 

The details are as follows:

Date: 2026-01-21

Time: 4:30 pm

Venue: S203 Hall, UCSC Building Complex

Purpose: To appoint the executive committee. The executive committee will consist of the following positions.

            1. President

            2. Secretary

            3. Treasurer

            4. Project coordinator

            5. Media coordinator
