          Residential Facilities – First Year Students 2024/2025 Intake

This is to inform you that the following students have been selected to the hostel accommodation after evaluating the applications according to the Hostel Selection criteria.

The selected students are eligible to accommodate in the hostel with effect from 27th April 2026.

All selected students are required to pay the annual hostel fee of Rs. 1,250.00 to the UCSC Shroff counter prior to accommodation. Please ensure that the payment is completed before reporting to the hostel.

Failure to make the payment in advance may result in delays or denial of accommodation.

Please refer attached document to check the hostel selected lists.

UCSC Canteen Closed for New Year Holidays

Please note that the UCSC Staff and Student Canteen will remain closed from 11^th April to 19^th April 2026 in view of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year holidays.

Canteen operations will resume on 20^th April 2026.

This notice is issued to students who have not yet submitted the required supporting documents for their hostel applications.

You are hereby requested to submit all necessary documents relevant to your hostel application to the acpub@ucsc.cmb.ac.lk on or before 9th April 2026.

Please note that failure to submit the required documents within the given deadline will result in your application not being considered for the hostel selection.

Kindly treat this as urgent and ensure timely submission to avoid any inconvenience.
